While a formal education in interior design or architecture is preferred, we're also open to considering candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who can demonstrate exceptional talent and drive. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with the Lead Designer to manage all project aspects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are exceeded. • Meticulously track design details, collaborating effectively with vendors, clients, and the team. • Proactively identify potential issues and offer creative solutions to cultivate a culture of raving fans. • Immerse yourself in our design ethos, fostering a deep understanding that supports the delivery of exceptional results. Skills & Traits That Will Set You Apart: • Strong technical skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Suite, and MS Suite of business tools. • A background in interior design, architecture, or a related field: While formal education is valued, we're open to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who demonstrate exceptional talent and drive. • A proactive mindset: The ability to anticipate challenges, think critically, and offer creative solutions. • Collaborative spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work effectively with a team. • Attention to detail: Meticulous organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A growth mindset: A desire to continuously learn and develop your skills as an interior designer.
