To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly capable Associate Designer | Project Manager to join our in-person team in Hudson, Ohio. This is a hands-on position ideal for a serious design professional who thrives in a polished, fast-paced environment and takes pride in bringing finely executed interiors to life. ​​​​​​ Responsibilities: Support and collaborate with the Principal and Design Director on all phases of residential projectsCommincate clearly and succinctly with clients, vendors, and the internal design teamManage and track multiple project timelines, deliverables, and budgets simultaneouslyAccurately document and specify furnishings, finishes, and materials with established standardsMaintain detailed documentation, drawing sets, and presentation filesEnsure quality control through consistent follow-up and follow-throughAnticipate next steps and proactively problem-solve to uphold project excellenceRepresent the firm's values and professionalism in every interactionExperience & Education Minimum 2 years of releveant project management experience in interior design, construction or architectureBachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture​Qualifications: Proficency in AutoCad, MS Office Suite, and Google WorkspaceExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated initiative with a solutions-oriented mindsetProfessional, polished, and reliable demeanorCapable of managing multiple priorities with precision and composureThrives in a collaborative team environment and embraces accountabilityBenefits Health, Vision and Dental InsuranceLife, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance401k retirement savings plan with employer matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday pay including company closure 12/25 - 01/01 annuallyEmployee discounts and gratis programMileage reimbursementCulture We are a detailed-driven, outcome-oriented, and collaborative firm where professionalism and teamwork define every project.
