Associate Architect and Designer

Zach Smith Consulting & Design is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Architect and Design professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in all phases of the architectural design process, from initial concept development to construction documents. Responsibilities: • Assist licensed architects with design development, space planning, and technical drawings. • Create high-quality construction documents using Revit software. • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. • Prepare presentations and other visual communication materials. • Conduct research on building materials, codes, and regulations. • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other design professionals. • Participate in client meetings and accurately capture project requirements. • Be open to learning and mastering new design software as part of the onboarding process. (Exposure to Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a plus!) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an architectural firm. • Proficiency in Revit software. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. • A passion for architecture and design.
