Assistant Project Manager (Mid-Level) / Junior Project Manager – Interior Design

Job Summary We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Project Manager (Mid-Level) or Junior Project Manager to join our interior design firm based in Miami Beach. You will work on high-end, primarily residential projects, supporting the team in conception phases, design, and drawing plans. This is a dynamic position requiring versatility, autonomy, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Assist in the management and coordination of interior design projects Participate in project development from concept to completion Prepare detailed design documentation using AutoCAD and SketchUp to translate concepts into actionable plans Profile Requirements Fluent in English and/or Spanish Autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable Creative with a proactive mindset and strong ability to take initiative Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory) Proven experience in interior design project management or a related role with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members What We Offer Immediate start Contribution to health insurance coverage Opportunity to work on prestigious, high-end residential projects If you are passionate about interior design and eager to grow within a creative and demanding environment, we would love to hear from you.
