Assistant Interior Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects that meet client needs while adhering to budgetary constraints. Your expertise in tools such as Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam will be essential in bringing innovative designs to life. Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for interior spaces. • Draft detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections. • Utilize software tools such as Revit and SketchUp to create 3D models and visual presentations of design concepts. • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of remodeling and renovation projects. • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information for design proposals. • Present design ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback into final designs. • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Experience • Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is essential. • Strong understanding of color theory, space planning, and furniture layout principles. • Experience in project management and budgeting for interior design projects is highly desirable. • Ability to draft detailed plans and specifications for construction or renovation projects. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
