About this role

About the Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our luxury design firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create sophisticated and timeless interiors for high-end residential or commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: • Assist lead designers with all aspects of interior design projects, including space planning, material selection, and presentation preparation. • Conduct research on products, materials, and vendors to support design projects. • Help maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. • Source, order, and track furniture, fabrics, and other design elements. • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. • Assist in creating mood boards, design boards, and other visual presentations. • Prepare and organize samples, client presentations, and project documentation • Assist in the coordination and management of project schedules and budget. • Visit project sites to take measurements, photograph spaces, and ensure designs are implemented correctly. • Drive to project sites outside of the city as needed; a valid driver’s license is required for this role. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in interior design. • A strong eye for design, color, and detail. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar programs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar programs. • Excellent organizational, multi tasking, and time-management skills. • Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • A valid driver’s license and comfort with driving to project sites outside of the city.
