The ideal candidate will have a passion for vacation home design and a keen eye for aesthetics. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing spaces that meet our client's needs and vision. • *Duties:** - Collaborate with potential clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements - Develop design floorplans, concepts and presentations that align with clients' goals. - Select furniture, color schemes, art, and building materials that enhance the space. - Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. - Coordinate with contractors, and vendors to execute the design plan • *Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or experience, or natural talent, will be considered and trained. - Proficiency in design software. - Strong knowledge of design and project management is preferred. - Experience working with contracts and overseeing renovations is preferred. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively -Ability to create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings using software is a plus. Virtual collaboration will be considered based on skills. A location within a few hours of Snowshoe Mountain is desired for occasional site visits.
