As an Assistant Interior Designer on our FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) team, you will play a crucial role in specifying furniture, custom artwork, window treatments, flooring, lighting, and accessories. Joining our team offers the unique opportunity to travel to exciting cities across the US and participate in project installations, distinguishing us within the multifamily and hospitality industries.
What You'll Do:
• Collaborate with the team on materials, finishes, and product/vendor research and selections.
• Assist in creating digital presentations for FFE projects.
• Support the FFE team during group and solo project installations, locally and remotely.
• Prepare FFE price and dimension plans using procurement software budgets and AutoCAD.
• Aid in paint color selections and plans.
• Manage the ordering of FFE samples and swatches for projects.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in multifamily, commercial, and/or hospitality industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with procurement software or Studio WebWare is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
