Assistant Designer - Home

As an Assistant Designer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented design team to bring our home collections to life. If you have a passion for design, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of current market trends, we would love to have you on board. Join us in creating beautiful and functional spaces that will inspire our customers to make their house a home. Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute innovative and visually appealing home collections. Stay up-to-date with current market trends and incorporate them into design concepts. Work closely with designers to assist in the creation of product sketches, renderings, and mood boards. Conduct research on materials, colors, and patterns to assist in the design process. Assist in the sourcing and procurement of materials and samples. Attend meetings and presentations to provide input and contribute ideas. Assist in the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications. Maintain organized and accurate design files and records. Participate in the development of product prototypes and samples. Ensure timely and accurate communication with vendors and suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and merchandising, to ensure cohesive product development. Contribute to the overall success of the design team by completing tasks and projects as assigned. Continuously strive to improve and enhance design skills and knowledge. Adhere to company standards and guidelines for design and product development. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
