Assistant Designer - Home

Collaborate with experienced designers to develop and execute creative concepts for new home products. Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas. Utilize strong design skills to create visually appealing and functional home products. Conduct thorough research on current home design trends and techniques. Assist in the creation of mood boards, sketches, and other design materials. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sourcing and merchandising, to ensure timely and accurate production of designs. Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders. Organize and maintain design files and documentation. Attend product development meetings and provide input and feedback on designs. Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure quality and accuracy of final products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into designs. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
