ASSEMBLER

Description: King Retail Solutions, a leading designer and manufacturer of retail design, decor, and cabinetry/casework/millwork is looking for an Assembler to assemble components from our build, metal, and print departments and prepare the finished product for shipping. Position Summary: Responsible for assembling products within specified timelines and in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties. The Assembler works Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm with occasional additional hours as needed, including Saturday. This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines. • Performs spot checks of products to ensure it meets quality standards. • Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions. • Follows established company policies and procedures, while paying special attention to safety regulations. • Keeps tools/materials/workspace neat and organized to ensure efficient space utilization. Skills & Abilities: • Be able to read/understand details. • Adaptable and ready for pace changes. • Self-Starting/Highly Motivated. • Good hand-eye coordination. • Ability to multitask. • Work well others and independently. • Be able to follow verbal and written instructions. • Great attendance is a must, so reliable transportation is necessary. • Flexibility: Overtime and split shifts are a possibility depending on the workload. Requirements: Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout a shift as needed. • One or more years of work-related experience.
