Art Consultancy and Interior Design Intern/Part-Time

The intern will assist with day-to-day tasks including researching art trends and artists, supporting art consulting and interior design projects, engaging in sales activities, and working with clients, vendors, and business colleagues. The intern will work closely under the guidance and mentorship of the business principle to deliver high-quality art design solutions to clients. Qualifications • Exceptional skills in time management • Experience in the art world, interior design or related field • Sales skills and the ability to engage with clients • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Interest or background in interior design is a plus • Enrolled in or recent graduate from a degree program in Fine Arts, Art History, Interior Design, or a related field Responsibilities • Client presentations and packets • Budgets • Interior Design documentation (mood boards, specs, etc.) • Purchase Orders, Invoices, Quotes • Social Media management • Sourcing artwork, furniture, finishes, etc. • Administrative work • Attending client or vendor meetings • Organizing artwork and files in office • Communicating frequently with vendors via email or phone
