Art and Home Decor Boutique Manager

Kathryne Designs in Montecito is looking for a dedicated store manager with at least three years retail experience. Our ideal candidate would have a passion for Local Art and Interior Design. We are looking for a manager to work four days a week with availability to work Sundays. Responsibilities: -Lead daily store operations -Organize, clean and merchandise store -Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships -Excel in seeking opportunities to improve and grow business -In charge of Social Media and customer outreach -Managing shipping and receiving Qualifications: -Retail Management experience -An interest in art and home décor -Computer literate and knowledge using POS system -Highly organized -Natural Drive to take initiative -Be comfortable working Autonomously -Have a love for customer service Please send a cover letter, resume, and why you would be a strong candidate for this job.
