Studio Leader Benefits & Compensation
• Competitive base salary ($115,000–$160,000), plus annual bonus and profit sharing eligibility

Studio Leader Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution
• 15+ years of experience in interior design and/or architecture, with demonstrated leadership roles
• Prior experience as a team director, account manager, or project manager
• Proven expertise with ground-up projects in the industrial sector strongly preferred
• Proficiency with financial management, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Understanding of code compliance, permitting, and construction methodologies
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and standards (LEED, WELL, EnergyStar guidelines)

Studio Leader Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Lead, inspire, and support a team of design professionals to achieve studio and project goals
• Oversee project delivery, from proposal and budgeting through construction documentation and administration
• Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous partnership
• Guide resource management, staffing, and workload balancing in alignment with operational targets
• Mentor project leads and teammates, driving professional growth and promoting best practices
• Monitor and manage studio financials to ensure profitability and successful revenue outcomes
• Uphold quality standards in technical and creative output, championing continuous improvement
