Architectural Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager based in Virginia Beach, VA. The Architectural Project Manager will oversee project development from start to finish, including project coordination, preparing submittals, and creating construction drawings. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with architectural standards, managing deadlines, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality design solutions. Qualifications • Experience with Project Coordination and preparation of Submittals • Proficiency in Architecture and creation of Construction Drawings • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field • Licensed Architect or working towards licensure is a plus • min 2 years of fulltime experience working under an Architect.
