The Person we would like to have join our firm will have/be • Minimum a BA in Architecture • 3+ years post graduate experience and experience in either a Job Captain or Junior Project Manager role • The ability to work with other assigned team members toward the successful and profitable completion of all aspects of concurrent client projects • Passion for managing clients and all aspects of their projects to all-around successful completion • Detail and goal oriented • Well organized • Working knowledge of Hawai'i building code and the tools of our profession including Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, MS Office, etc. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • A strong desire to advance their career to a higher level Compensation • Starting Base non Exempt compensation: $55,000+ Annually Other forms of compensation include: • Performance bonuses • Profit sharing • Periodic Bonuses • Other Bonus pay and non cash compensation Other Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Employee assistance program • Health insurance including • Major medical • Prescription Drugs • Vision • Dental • General Wellness • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Referral program • Retirement plan • Tuition reimbursement Schedule: • Flexible, full time, in office Monday to Friday Location: • Honolulu, HI 96814
