Architectural / Interior Designer

Meshberg Group is looking for a Project Architect with 3–5 years of experience and solid Revit experience to join our growing Miami studio. We design beautiful, purpose-driven spaces — from multi-family buildings and boutique developments to high-end private residences, as well as workplaces and hospitality. Your Role • Work side-by-side with senior designers to bring interior and architectural visions to life • Lead drawing sets, interior elevations, details, and documentation (Revit is your domain) • Be part of everything from conceptual design to construction site visits • Sit in on client meetings and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors • Travel occasionally to visit active projects around the country • Help guide junior teammates and build leadership experience What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s in Architecture • 3–5 years of experience (U.S. firms, please) • You live and breathe Revit — and know your way around AutoCAD • Strong communication and documentation skills • SketchUp, hand sketching, or Enscape experience is a big plus • Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated — but easy to work with • Bonus: experience with multi-family, mixed-use, or residential work • Extra bonus: know the ropes with NYC/Florida codes, ADA/FHA, or local approvals • Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join Us? • Be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team where design matters • Work on meaningful projects, not cookie-cutter developments • Grow fast with hands-on mentorship, leadership opportunities, and national exposure • A creative studio culture where your ideas are heard • Cool office, smart teammates, and real work/life balance
