Troyer Builders delivers high-end custom houses for our clients. We sell them for as little as $500,000 but many are $2,000,000+ We’re wrapping up several multi-million dollar custom homes right now. Troyer Builders is a design-and-build company, which means we do more than just construct the home. We help in everything from the floor plan to the selections of flooring, cabinets, shingles, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, paint colors, appliances, and a long list of other refinements. We are a growing company with 15+ projects going on at any one time. Can you help 15+ clients design their custom homes without any of them see that you’re juggling? An impressive cover letter is the ticket to landing a face-to-face interview. • You will be working in Photorealistic CAD programs (Lumion preferred) and will need to have experience in this software for this position. Here’s a glance at how you will spend your days if you land this life-changing job. • You will learn what makes Troyer Builders attractive to customers and how to incorporate those elements into your decision-making. • You will meet our clients in design meetings to hear their ideas and interpret them into a cohesive plan that will flow through the whole house. • You will help clients narrow their options and make decisions about finish and fixture selections. • You will negotiate pricing with vendors, investigate new products and stay on top of design trends • You will occasionally have to lift and carry up to 50lbs. • You will deliver design inspiration to client projects within the Troyer Builders company style. • You will keep an organized directory of every design decision for every project and deliver each client a detailed list of all their selections at the close of every project. • You will work with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that all subcontractors and vendors deliver and properly install the correct selections on every project. • You will cover countertops, assemble a desk,sweep a floor, or sit and wait for hours for someone to show up if that’s what it takes to get the client’s house ready for move-in. • You will help take Troyer Builders to the next level.
