Role Description This full-time on-site role of Architectural Graduate is located in Birmingham, AL. The Architectural Graduate will work closely with a collaborative team to design and execute architectural projects from concept through completion. Daily tasks include drafting design solutions, contributing to project documentation, assisting with solution integration, and participating in meetings to effectively communicate design ideas. The role involves addressing architectural challenges while ensuring design excellence and functional integration. Qualifications • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design practices • Experience with Solution Architecture and Integration methods • Strong Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture • Proficiency in architectural tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other design platforms • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Experience with mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects is a plus • Licensure or willingness to pursue licensure is an advantage Learn more: https://nequette.com/joinourteam/.
