Architectural Draftsman

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with a knowledge of construction documents using AutoCAD Architecture. Responsibilities: • Existing conditions creation; field measure and re-draw existing homes (drivers license and reliable transportation a must) • Turn sketches, markups and clients program data into schematic design drawings • Prepare detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details (prepare construction documents) • Understanding of electrical, mechanical and plumbing trads a plus • Understand of drafting standards and basic residential building codes • Knowledge of 3D modeling a plus • Knowledge of interior architecture a plus Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field • 2+ years experience in architectural drafting • Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture • Experience with residential projects in south Florida • Experience with historical architecture a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Compensation Package: • Overtime pay • Yearly bonus Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
