Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Fayetteville, AR, for an Architectural Designer specializing in residential homes. The Architectural Designer will create innovative design solutions, produce detailed construction drawings, and oversee the architectural design process. Collaboration with urban planners, contractors, and clients will be a key component of daily work to ensure successful project outcomes. What You'll Do Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details Produce CAD drawings and 3D models for residential projects Revise plans based on feedback from clients, designers, and project managers Ensure all drawings meet building codes and adhere to internal standards Prepare plan sets for permitting and construction Maintain organized project files and documentation Qualifications Experience in Architecture and Architectural Design with a focus on residential projects Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and technical plans Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, SketchUp, or similar design-related software tools Knowledge of Urban Planning principles and integration into architectural projects Strong project management and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and accuracy Nice to Have Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus Experience with 3D rendering/visualization Portfolio showcasing residential drafting or design work Familiarity with custom home design Degree or certificate in Architecture, Drafting/Design, or related field preferred Apply Today Please send your resume and portfolio (PDF or link) to with subject line: CAD Architectural Designer Application
