Architectural Designer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Lakewood, OH for an Architectural Designer. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with clients and team members to ensure project success. Daily tasks include drawing in AutoCAD, coordination with engineers, on-site field measuring and site documentation, and participating in design discussions and project reviews. Qualifications • Previous professional experience in an architectural firm for at least 3 years • Experience with completing Construction Drawings sets • Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD • Proficiency in 3d modeling software such as Rhino or Sketchup • Proficiency in rendering software such as Lumion or D5 • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor's degree in Architecture. A master's degree is not required but strongly recommended. • Experience in residential and commercial projects • Familiarity with residential design and wood construction • Ability to work on several projects at a given time and manage multiple timelines and deadlines
