Salary: $50,000-65,000 Job Title: Architectural Designer Job #: 5118 Location: Albany, NY Category: Engineering/Manufacturing Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Description: Our client is currently seeking a Architectural Designer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: • Master site planning and space organization, along with expertise in interior design. • Design compelling exterior building facades and ensure functional layouts. • Ensure compliance with New York Building Codes and ADA regulations throughout the design and construction phases. • Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery. • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and relevant agencies throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate efforts with the consultant team to ensure cohesive project execution. Qualifications: • An architecture degree is required. • Minimum 1-3 years relevant professional experience is a must. • Excellent computer skills including Revit, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop is required. • Strong design/creative abilities are essential. • Hours & Benefits: • M -F 8-5 • In-Person • PTO • Health, Dental, & Vision • 401K
