Architectural Designer Phoenix, AZ K&I Architects & Interiors is currently searching for a full-time Architectural Designer to support the design team in producing construction documents. Health, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) matchMonthly team building activities Covered parkingSchedule: 4-day work week Monday through Thursday The right candidate will have: Minimum of 3+ years of practical experience in an architectural office, including work on new constructions and tenant improvementsProficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and other Windows-based softwareWilling to grow professionally such as pursuing architectural licensure and registrationAble to work collaboratively as part of a production teamCapable of coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyWell-versed in commonly used architectural and construction concepts, practices and proceduresPossesses knowledge or experience in constructionOur Architectural Designer will: Coordination with consultants engineersConduct code researchPrepare design development packages, construction documents, and construction administration servicesAddress QA/QC comments and coordinate city submittals and redline responses Respond to requests for Information and review shop drawingsFollow up with the project team to ensure projects stay on scheduleApply with an updated resume today to join our team!
