Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architectural Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming concepts into compelling architectural solutions that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to refine project scope, design intent, and technical specifications through active negotiation and clear communication.
Prepare comprehensive construction documents and detailed drafting for permit submissions and construction phases.
Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating to ensure timely delivery within financial parameters.
Coordinate with project management teams to oversee construction management activities, including site visits, quality control, and compliance with design specifications.
Utilize NavisWorks for clash detection and coordination among various disciplines during the design development process.
Support business development efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and participating in client meetings to foster new opportunities.
Manage contracts and procurement processes related to architectural services and materials.
Experience
Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects such as renovations, interior spaces, or new constructions.
Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD; experience with 3D modeling tools like Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D; familiarity with SketchUp is a plus.
Knowledge of construction processes, estimating techniques, budgeting practices, and construction management principles.
Skilled in project scheduling tools and techniques to ensure efficient workflow across multiple projects.
Experience negotiating contracts and managing client relationships effectively to support business growth.
Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and markup; experience with NavisWorks for coordination is highly desirable.
Strong drafting skills complemented by expertise in interior design principles; ability to work on renovation projects is preferred. Join us to bring innovative architectural visions to life! Pay: $67,621.63 - $81,436.79 per year
