Architectural Designer

Salary: $80K- $90K Job Title: Architectural Designer Job #: 5565 Location: Albany, NY Category: Architecture & Design Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Description: Our client is currently seeking a Architectural Designer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: • Contribute to projects from inception to completion. • Assist in production of construction documents. Ensure these follow all relevant standards and regulations. • Ensure all deadlines are met. • Oversight of budgeting. • Work in conjunction with the design team. • Maintain quality control. Qualifications: • A Bachelor of Architecture degree is required. • 3-5 years of experience with K-12 schools is required. • Must be proficient AutoCAD, and Sketch-Up. • Familiarity with Revit is required. • Must be proficient in the Microsoft and Adobe suites. • Strong design skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
