Lead and manage the design and construction of Humana's offices, ensuring they are functional, innovative, and in line with the company's vision for the workplace of the future. Incorporate the latest trends and technology into the design to create a modern and collaborative environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical and efficient design solutions. Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the desired quality standards. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in workplace design to continuously improve Humana's office spaces. Oversee and manage the budget for all architectural and workplace design projects. Communicate project status updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of growth and development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and Facilities, to align workplace design with company culture and employee needs. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction. Represent Humana in meetings and presentations with external partners, showcasing the company's commitment to innovative and functional workplace design. Collaborate with the real estate team to identify potential office locations and evaluate their suitability for Humana's workplace design standards.
