Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. This individual will play a key role in guiding projects across multiple market sectors, collaborating with internal teams across all studios and external partners to achieve success at every stage. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and document interior architectural design projects from concept through completion • Lead project proposals, contract documentation, specifications, and ensure projects meet established budgets, schedules and goals • Collaborate with clients to define their needs and transform their vision into innovative design solutions • Coordinate and manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) selections, along with product and color selections throughout the design process Position Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years experience in a professional architecture and interior design firm • Certified Interior Designer (CID) preferred • Proficiency in Revit is preferred (work samples will be requested) • Familiarity with design and rendering software (Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners. • Ability to work collaboratively with teams, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. • Ability to work in person, onsite in our Baltimore office for effective collaboration with the Interiors team • Must be eligible to work in the United States Qualified candidates should submit a resume and portfolio with work samples that best represent the candidate’s design work, in PDF format when applying for this position.
