Will manage significant aspects of several design projects including Project Design, Existing Conditions Documentation, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Rendering / 3D Visualization, Construction Documentation, Consultant & Contractor Coordination, and Client Interface. Ensure project(s) progress on schedule, within external and internal budgets, and to client expectations. Duties Lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects, including planning, design development, documentation, and construction administration. Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Project scheduling software to ensure timely delivery. Prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets, managing costs effectively throughout the project phases. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting, modeling, and presentation purposes. Review construction documents for accuracy and compliance with codes and standards; conduct site visits to oversee construction progress. Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants to secure favorable terms while maintaining quality standards. Manage project documentation using Bluebeam and other digital tools for seamless collaboration and record-keeping. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and engaging with potential clients. Oversee renovation projects and interior design aspects to ensure cohesive aesthetics and functionality. Implement construction management practices using NavisWorks for clash detection and coordination among disciplines. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout all project stages. Qualifications Proven experience in architecture or construction project management with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project), AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper 3D), ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, NavisWorks, and other relevant design tools. Solid understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, contracts management, and construction management processes. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of building codes, renovation procedures, interior design principles, and sustainable practices. Strong drafting skills coupled with expertise in CAD-based documentation workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and collaborating across diverse teams.
