Architect - Project Manager

DMS is hiring Project Managers with extensive professional experience and boasts a diverse portfolio, including large-scale multifamily developments. Project Managers should have 7+ years of experience and be well-versed in Revit. To successfully perform as Project Manager at DMS design, the individual must have a proven ability to lead the design and execution of complex projects from design development to completion. This includes leading junior staff, communicating directly with firm principals and project team members, and managing client relationships and expectations. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a necessity, as the Project Manager is responsible for managing and organizing the day-to-day responsibilities of moving multiple projects forward while meeting client expectations. Minimum Requirements: Registered Architect is preferred but not required 7+ years of project management experience 10+ years of multifamily residential experience Demonstrated ability to successfully transition a project through all phases of design development, construction documentation, and construction administration Experience managing and mentoring production staff Ability to successfully maintain exceptional client relationships, including proactive outreach and ability to meet deadlines and budgets Ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects Expert proficiency in Revit Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills with ability to facilitate team and client meetings Enthusiastic team player and eager collaborator Willingness to actively pursue business development opportunities DMS design is registered to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Florida, and South Carolina.
