What You'll Do: • Lead design concepts for luxury interiors: full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds • Produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs (SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray) • Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes • Collaborate directly with the Director and site team to ensure on-budget, buildable designs • Attend occasional client meetings and site visits (virtually or in person) • Assist in preparing high-impact presentations that "wow" clients
