Architect/Interior Design Assistant/ CAD Drafter ON SITE - renovation of historic Palm Beach 1928 landmarked house (originally designed by Palm Beach Architect Marion Sims Wyeth). -Flexible hours. Part time or full time T.B.D. -Computer will be provided. -Candidate must be organized and detail oriented. -Must know AutoCAD (3D modeling a plus, Sketchup, Revit) -Assignments will include CAD drafting , Furniture specifications, Researching tiles, fabrics , cabinetry, materials etc. -Assistance in preparing purchase orders for materials, tiles, plumbing fixtures etc (and tracking purchases etc) -Ability to multi-task and problem solve -Detail oriented with strong organizational skills -Other misc. architecture or construction related activities to include field measuring as built drawings etc. -Please send resume and portfolio. -Palm Beach/Broward candidate preferred.
