We're looking for a dynamic, talented architect and interior designer to join the team who has a passion for design and wants to be part of a collaborative and inspired team. Responsibilities: Advanced to expert working knowledge of Revit. Please refer to garretcordwerner.com under the "new work" tab to view current examples. Creation of construction documents (floor plans, elevations, RCPs, details). Service oriented when dealing with clients and able to adapt to all types of personalities. Prepare specifications and fee estimates for each project. Coordinate and direct when necessary with consultants and contractors during various construction stages and processes. Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and assignments and quickly react to changing priorities. Permit processing and knowledge of building code. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
