We are currently seeking an Architect-in-Training for immediate placement in our Virginia Beach, Virginia office with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and searching for work/ life balance while pursuing their professional license. In addition, the candidate shall demonstrate the following capabilities and qualifications: § Ability to Listen. § Ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal team members, and consultants. § Exhibits a positive attitude and approach to their work. § Possesses strong graphic skills. § Is interested in learning. § Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suites. § Possesses an accredited professional degree in Architecture or equivalent experience. § Third party sustainability experience or accreditation a plus. We specialize in educational, municipal, state, federal, financial, and commercial facilities projects.
