Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architect Designer/Project Architect located in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves overseeing project design and execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and time requirements. Responsibilities include developing construction documents, managing submittals, and implementing sustainable design principles. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery across various scales. • Proficiency in project scheduling tools, Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to coordinate effectively among diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong drafting skills with an eye for detail • Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, sustainability standards, and safety regulations relevant to architecture projects. • Ability to support the progression of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
