This role involves designing architectural layouts, developing creative concepts, and collaborating with clients and team members to bring projects to life. Responsibilities include overseeing project management, ensuring smooth integration of design elements, and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Experience and proficiency with Revit and related architectural tools and design technology.Strong Project Management and Construction Document skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity in developing innovative design solutions.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field; licensure as an architect is preferred.Knowledge of sustainable design practices and familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
