ARCHITECT Frank Ponterio, recipient of the 2023 Institute for Classical Architecture and Art Florida Chapter’s Addison Mizner award for best residential interior design, is seeking an accomplished Architect to join our Naples, Florida team. We are hiring an Architect with 10+ years of experience focused on interior detailing who will be responsible for leading and managing the interior architecture of multiple projects simultaneously. The Architect collaborates closely with multiple design teams and principal across the firm’s Chicago and Naples studios to develop construction documents and presentation tools to guide our clients through the design process. Works with documents from industry partners as well as surveying existing building conditions and space, creates and tracks construction documentation in AutoCAD and SketchUp, managing the execution of full construction drawing sets and reviews vendor shop drawings for approval. Reviews and manages shop drawings from millworkers. Additionally, handles the specification of hard surfaces, hardware, plumbing and architectural lighting. Manages multiple project workflows and product schedules simultaneously to adhere to project timelines and specifications.
