Architect

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing various restaurant projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, project management, and effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities • Develop architectural designs and plans that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. • Utilize software such as Revit to create detailed drawings and renderings. • Conduct site assessments to evaluate project feasibility and gather necessary data for design. • Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of all phases of the project. • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience at architecture firm with restaurant TI experience • Proven experience in architectural design and project management. • Proficiency in Revit • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to commute to Fremont Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • No weekends Experience: • Restaurant TI: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • Fremont, CA 94538 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Fremont, CA 94538: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
