About the position
The Aircraft Paint and Interior Manager at Eagle Aviation plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Completions Center, ensuring that aircraft schedules and installation budgets are maintained effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to coordinating activities that evaluate and resolve production issues encountered during the completion of aircraft interiors, paint, and cabinetry. The manager will work closely with the Designer and Customer Care Representative to achieve budget and on-time delivery goals, collaborating with various departments involved in the aircraft completion process. In addition to overseeing the onsite completion of aircraft interiors, the manager will support MRO Sales by providing scheduled input dates and ensuring adherence to the schedule to facilitate on-time delivery. The role involves maintaining visibility of Mod Center task completion, assisting in sequencing and scheduling jobs as necessary. The manager will also oversee interior completions, paint, and cabinetry refurbishment, developing metrics and reports to monitor and ensure delivery timelines are met. A key responsibility of this position is to help create a training and recruitment program that ensures employee depth is maintained. The manager will train or provide guidance to employees to ensure proper retention of skills and knowledge. Furthermore, the manager will provide technical support and collaborate with the inspections office to ensure that the highest quality and regulatory protocols are adhered to. Quality inspections of suppliers and their components will also be part of the role, supporting Supply Chain Management. Finally, the manager will facilitate positive relationships with customers and vendors while overseeing supply chain and parts inventory to ensure that kits and materials are available as per the schedule.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• Knowledge of aircraft parts and assembly.

• Airframe & Power Plant License desirable.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Ability to use hands to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and have close/color vision ability to adjust focus.
