ADMINISTRATIVE / PERSONAL ASSISTANT for Interior Designer & Real Estate
Business is seeking an EXPERIENCED candidate for FULL-TIME employment to start
IMMEDIATELY in North MIAMI. Position Requirements: * Minimum 3 YEARS
office/related work EXPERIENCE *** * Be able to read, write and speak English
fluently * Have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask,
prioritize, follow-through and meet deadlines * Quick learner AND self-starter
/ self-motivator * Strong work ethic * Have accuracy and attention to detail
*Advanced computer skills (Outlook, EXCEL, Word & Power Point, Adobe, Search
Engine) * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent preferred *
Self-starter and self-motivator with a strong work ethic * Ability to work
under pressure at fast paced environment * Possess good presentation, great
communication skills and proper phone etiquette * Basic experience with
QuickBooks (Be able to do simple inputs and write checks) * Basic knowledge of
the Real Estate market & MLS (not mandatory, but a PLUS) Job duties include,
but are not limited to: * Complete various office/administrative tasks -- get
mail, filing, organize and schedule appointments and meetings * Produce
quality e-mails, excel spreadsheets, reports, and contracts as needed * Make
purchases of furniture / accessories and coordinate delivery * Coordinate
deliveries with vendors / contractors * Creating real estate brochures *
Updating real estate social media * Provide weekly Receivables & Payables *
Assist Principal with appointments, bills payments and coordination *****
