About this role
Interior Design company in the Bozeman Four Corners area is looking for a
part-time administrative assistant to join their team and support the HR
Manager. This is a great role for a new grad, someone looking for a flexible
schedule, or someone looking to ease back into the workforce. Will work about
27-29 hours a week, Responsibilities: • Field Inbound Communications - Answer
phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal
parties as needed. • Accounts Receivable – Daily bank deposits via internet,
scanning check deposit information, and emailing to AR Team. Daily collection
of the mail – sorting, scanning, and filing. AR follow up calls. • Accounts
Payable – Assist in printing AP checks as required, organizing for signature,
and preparing to mail. AP follow up calls. • Procurement – Order office,
cleaning, and refreshment supplies. Place logistics orders and set up
shipments, as needed. • Information Technology – Assist IT Manager with basic
IT requests, as needed. • Booking Travel – On a rare occasion. • CEO Tasks –
Additional tasks may be requested ad hoc. • Logistics – Work with clients and
suppliers to quickly resolve issues with items. Work with suppliers to assist
sales staff preparing changes to existing orders. Requirements: • High school
diploma • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills •
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Positive, high-energy
attitude • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set •
Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors) •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
