About this role

Jill Howard Design Studio LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Interior Design team. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work in a creative environment and develop your administrative skills. Responsibilities include: • Working closely with designers to obtain vendor quotes, enter design elements, and create proposals using Studio Designer software. • Handling order processing and vendor invoicing. • Preparing and sending invoices, as well as collecting and posting payment information in Studio Designer software. • Managing expenses and vendor payments. • Entering inventory data. • Communicating with the bookkeeper. • Tracking order progress and ensuring timely completion. • Organizing project materials and files. • Identifying and resolving order-related issues with the Interior Designer's input. To be successful in this role, you will need: • Google Suite proficiency. • Strong communication and organizational abilities. • A flexible work schedule that allows for remote work. • Familiarity with the interior design industry is beneficial. • Knowledge of design principles and terminology is advantageous. • Experience with Studio Designer or similar software is desirable.
