About this role
45 Architecture is seeking an Office Assistant (part-time or full-time). This
position has the potential to grow. Must be computer literate and have the
ability to learn new software. Office located in Bozeman, MT. 45 Architecture
offers comprehensive architecture and interior design services to clients in
both the public and private sector. 45 Architecture’s portfolio includes
custom, high-end residential homes and many community projects such as,
libraries, K-12 and higher education facilities, stadiums and athletic
facilities. Duties and Responsibilities include: -Welcoming and greeting
clients and guests -Answering and directing phone calls and messages
-Scheduling appointments and meetings -Coordinating travel arrangements and
reservations -Coordinating IT support -Maintaining files and general office
organization -Filing, scanning, restocking, ordering supplies -Running errands
-Assisting with the planning of company events and meetings -Supporting
Project Managers as needed Qualifications / Skills / Experience: -1-3 years of
experience in a professional office environment in an administrative support
role -4 year college degree is preferred -Computer literate and ability to
learn new software -Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, Adobe
and Outlook -Excellent verbal, written and collaborative communication skills
-Be self-motivated and resourceful -Willingness to be part a team and work
