Texas Tech University's College of Health & Human Sciences invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Department of Design. About the Department The Department of Design serves approximately 330 undergraduate students and 30 graduate students in interior design and apparel design and manufacturing programs. The interior design program is CIDA accredited and provides students with a foundation of education and success for creative and employable interior design fields. What We're Looking For We seek an individual with a strong academic background, experience in interior design professional practice, and the ability to teach at the undergraduate level. The ideal candidate will have a terminal degree in interior design or a related field, teaching experience in higher education, and expertise in relevant industry-standard software.
