Overview: The 3D Design Consultant will be responsible for creating realistic and visually stunning 3D renderings and visualizations of architectural designs, interior spaces, and construction projects. Using advanced software and techniques, the consultant will collaborate with our design and construction teams to bring project concepts to life and provide clients with compelling visualizations of their future spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of 3D rendering work, excellent design skills, and a passion for innovation in the construction industry. Responsibilities: • Work closely with our renovations consultation staff and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives • Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations of architectural designs, interior spaces, and construction projects • Incorporate lighting, textures, materials, and landscaping elements to enhance realism and visual appeal • Provide creative input and design solutions to enhance the overall visual impact of projects • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and incorporate feedback into renderings • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and visualization • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D rendering and visualization • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blendr or Chief Architect • Strong design skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Portfolio showcasing a range of 3D rendering work, including architectural and interior projects • Knowledge of construction methods and terminology is a plus Benefits: • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • 401K after 90-days • Health and Supplemental Benefits after 90-days • Professional development opportunities and room for growth within the company How to Apply: If you are a creative and talented 3D Renderings Consultant with a passion for bringing architectural designs to life, we want to hear from you!
