Job Description This position will provide an opportunity to work on multi-disciplined engineering and design project teams in developing mechanical general arrangement, piping isometric, pipe support, and mechanical equipment layout drawings in a 3-D model. Essential Skills: • Experienced and proficient with AutoCAD Plant 3D software and other tool sets including AutoCAD Mechanical, MEP, and Map 3D. Minimum Requirements: • Seven years of detailed design experience in the development of mechanical plant design drawings; piping, pipe supports and equipment layout. Job Description Interior Design Experience: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design required • 5-12 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects with an emphasis on interior design • Architectural license required Interior Designer Requirements: • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, PhotoShop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office preferred • Experience in commercial, recreation, public sector, public works, sustainable, municipal/government projects preferred • Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment • Proactive written and verbal communication skills • Ability to integrate design requirements with architecture • LEED accreditation an asset • NCIDQ accreditation preferred Interior Designer Responsibilities: • Manage projects from start to finish • Consult with clients on interior design concepts and needs • Define project requirements and develop design criteria • Manage project scheduling, estimates, budgeting, and planning (drawings, models, materials, etc.) To Apply :Please apply with your resume.
