About The Role We are seeking a seasoned Interior Design Director to lead our high-end residential FF&E team. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of leadership experience in high-end residential design, with a proven ability to guide projects from concept through sourcing, installation, and final styling. • Oversee and mentor a team of interior designers, project managers, and procurement staff, assigning responsibilities and ensuring schedules and deliverables are met. • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring design quality, profitability, and consistency across the studio.
