Compensation is 100% commission after initial on-boarding period. Designers will visit client homes to complete home consultations on a regular basis, therefore you will need access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license. With growth on our minds, we're looking to add an experienced Designer to our Glendale Heights showroom team. In This Role, You Will: • Work in a beautiful, well-appointed showroom and interact directly with clients to design spaces that inspire and delight. Compensation Notes: • $20 per hour for the first 4 months, with option to switch to commission sooner • Then 100% commission, uncapped, prepaid at time of order • Annual Pay Range: $40,000-$130,000 (Year 1 Average $51,000 / Year 2 Average $61,000) • Average Commission: 7.55% (Range: 6.6%-8.7%) • Annual Performance Bonuses for sales tiers above $800,000 (Range: $200-$20,000) • A track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals.
