Job Summary We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Residential Remodeling Designer who can combine strong interior/exterior design expertise with the ability to produce detailed construction plans and drawings. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients, our project managers, and construction teams to create functional, beautiful, and permit-ready designs for residential remodeling projects. • 3+ years of experience in residential remodeling design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both creative designs and technical drawings. • Knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes (especially in Texas/San Antonio), and permitting processes. • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced remodeling projects.
