Intermediate Interior Designer / Architect

Candidates will be working intimately with Principals of the company and other members of the interior design and architectural team to plan, design, prepare construction sets & client presentation materials that meet the aesthetic of each unique project requirements. Essential Duties and Qualifications: • Working with the firm Principals and other members of the interiors and architectural design teams to plan, design, prepare design documents & client presentation materials that meet the aesthetic of each unique project’s requirements • Thorough knowledge of furniture specification • Working with furniture and finish vendors for product sourcing • Developing finish packages and preparation of presentation materials for Client meetings. 5 years of related professional experience preferably related to corporate interiors • Collaborative and professional work ethic and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, Clients, vendors, and fellow team members • Strong sense of design aesthetic, with a willingness to present and be receptive to team and client feedback • Must have strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to effectively meet deadlines • Knowledge and understanding of design, trends, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.
